Greek Yogurt with Forest Fruits
A light, refreshing, and very tasty dessert made with yogurt and forest fruits can be prepared in all seasons. During the season, use fresh fruits, and outside the season, opt for frozen ones.

500 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

1 spoon Koruzni škrob

100 ml Juice, orange

500 g Raspberries

2 spoons Sugar, white

1 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 pinch Spices, cloves, ground

In a bowl, first mix the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of orange juice. Once you have a smooth mixture, pour in the remaining orange juice and add the forest fruits, spices, and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer gently for 5 minutes. Let the prepared sauce cool slightly.

Mix the Greek yogurt well and distribute it into glasses. Spread the forest fruit sauce over the yogurt and serve the dessert immediately or chill it well in the refrigerator.
