400 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

1 piece Lime, fresh

4 spoon Honey

1 handful Raspberries

2 piece Strawberries

Thoroughly wash the lime under running water and dry it completely with a kitchen towel. Finely grate the zest, then cut the fruit in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.

Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and mix it with the lime zest, lime juice, and two tablespoons of honey. Distribute the prepared mixture into small glasses.

Quickly rinse the fruit under running water if needed and dry it. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Decorate the yogurt mixture with fresh fruit. Drizzle everything with a little honey and serve the prepared dessert.
