Greek Yogurt with Marinated Peaches

Ingredients

4 pieces Peach, fresh

70 g Powdered sugar

100 ml Juice, orange

1 spoon Alcohol, Rum

500 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 spoons Nuts, hazelnuts

Wash the peaches. Place a pot of water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Submerge the peaches in the boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain, cool, and peel them. Peeled peaches are halved and the pits are removed. The halves are sliced into thinner pieces.

Place the peach slices in a bowl, sprinkle them with sugar, and pour over orange juice and rum. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Take the yogurt out of the refrigerator and mix it well with a spoon. Layer the yogurt and marinated peach slices alternately in the glasses. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and serve.
