Greek Yogurt with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

500 ml Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

200 g Raspberries

1.5 spoons Juice, lemon

60 g Sugar, white

If necessary, quickly rinse the raspberries under running water and dry them well. Set aside a few berries, and place the rest in a saucepan. Add lemon juice and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the saucepan from the heat. The raspberry sauce can be used while still warm, or you can cool it thoroughly before use if desired.

Mix the Greek yogurt well. Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, add two heaped tablespoons of yogurt to each glass, then one to two tablespoons of raspberry sauce, and finally another two tablespoons of yogurt. Garnish with the reserved raspberries and serve the prepared dessert.
