Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 kg Green beans, fresh

3 pods Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

4 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower

2 spoons Vinegar, red wine

1 bouquet Thyme, fresh
Steps

Place a pot of water on the stove. Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them. If they are long, cut them into pieces of any desired length.

When the water boils, add the beans to the boiling water. The beans should continue to boil. Towards the end of cooking, add salt. Cook for 10 minutes, then taste every minute to check if they are done. They should be cooked but still firm.

Peel and chop the garlic or slice it into thin pieces. Rinse the parsley, shake off the water, and chop it. Drain the cooked green beans, transfer them to a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the garlic, parsley, oil, and vinegar. Mix well and serve.
