Steps
- Wash the peppers and chili, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Slice the chili into rings and dice the peppers. Wash the young onion and slice it into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and zest the lemon. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
