Peel and clean the green vegetable. Rinse it under running water. Then, using a sharp knife, slice it into thin pieces, which are then cut into narrow sticks.

Place the sliced greens into a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir the ingredients until the salt is completely dissolved. Pour the prepared dressing over the sliced greens and mix everything well.
