Green Smoothie Bowl with Seeds and Fruit
The base of the dish is a slightly thicker smoothie, which serves the purpose of preventing the toppings from sinking. We serve it in a bowl and top it with whatever we like the most. The result is a very healthy, nutritious, tasty, and above all, beautiful meal that brings a smile to our faces in the morning, knowing weve done something good for ourselves.

Steps

Wash fresh fruit under running water and dry well. Wash, clean, and dry the spinach and curly kale. Tear or chop the curly kale into smaller pieces.

Add all the smoothie ingredients to the blender (multipractical): bananas, plant-based milk and butter, avocado, spinach, curly kale, and flaxseed. Optionally, add a bit of any natural sweetener. Blend the ingredients at high speed to obtain a thick, smooth mixture, which we pour into a suitably sized bowl.

Decorate the smoothie with fresh fruit, various seeds, and coconut. Serve the prepared dish immediately.
