Grill sauce can be served as a side dish to grilled meals. It also works great as a dip for corn or potato chips. Additionally, it is an excellent marinade to brush on meat before grilling.

Ingredients

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1 piece Onion, raw

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate, without salt

3 pods Garlic, fresh

400 g Tomato, pieces - can

40 g Sugar, brown

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

2 spoons Vinegar, red wine

2 spoons Worcestershire sauce

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps

Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion to the hot oil and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent and softens slightly. Then add the tomato paste and garlic, and sauté for another 30 seconds while stirring.

Next, add the remaining ingredients: tomatoes, brown sugar, smoked paprika, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the sauce gently for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it thickens.

Remove the prepared sauce from the heat and blend it until smooth (using a blender or an immersion blender).
