Ingredients
marinada
-
10 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
0.75 cups Oil, olive
-
0.25 cups Vinegar, balsamic
-
0.25 cups Soup base, chicken, cube
-
0.75 teaspoons Spices, oregano, dried
-
0.75 teaspoons Basil, fresh
-
0.25 teaspoons Chili peppers, red chili, dried
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
meat
- 6 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts
Steps
-
Peel the garlic. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves (discard the stems). Grind the garlic into a paste using a mortar and pestle, and finely chop the parsley.
-
In a small bowl, mix the garlic with parsley and the remaining marinade ingredients. Rinse the chicken breasts, remove the bones, discard the skin, and flatten them. Place the meat in a larger bowl, pour the marinade over it, and mix well with your hands to ensure the marinade coats the meat evenly. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (even better if the meat marinates for up to 4 hours). Preheat the grill.
-
Remove the chicken from the marinade, let it drain, and place it on the preheated grill. Grill the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on one side and 6 to 8 minutes on the other. Place the cooked meat on plates and serve with fries and green beans.
