Ingredients
Marinade

125 ml Soy sauce, shoyu

90 ml Alcohol, Wine, Red

2 spoons Sugar, white

2 pinch Salt, table

Wash the chicken meat and dry it with paper towels. In a large bowl, pour soy sauce and rice wine, add sugar, and season with salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Place the meat in the prepared marinade and store it in the refrigerator overnight.

Heat the grill and oil the grate well. Thoroughly wash the squash and cut it into elongated slices. Take the chicken meat out of the marinade. Let it drain and place it on the heated grill. Add the prepared squash slices and grill everything for about 8 minutes on each side. Serve the prepared meat and squash slices on plates and offer it to your guests.
