Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts

700 g Salad, ice

1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

3 pieces Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

16 pieces Tomato, red

2 piece Onion, raw

5 spoon Juice, lemon

1 teaspoon Salt, table

5 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Prepare four deep plates and layer the ingredients in the following order: tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and make a small pile in the center of each plate. Slice the cucumbers into rings and arrange them around the lettuce pile. Place cherry tomatoes around the cucumbers.

Drizzle the chicken fillets with lemon juice, season them with salt on both sides, then grill them. If you don't have a grill, pour a little oil into a pan and spread it with the fillet. Wait for the pan to heat up well, then sear the fillets on both sides until they turn golden brown. Place the fillets on a plate and slice them thinly. Arrange the slices of the same fillet on top of the salad.

Slice the bell pepper into rings and decorate the top of the fillet. Then peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Separate the rings and sprinkle them over the fillets and bell pepper. Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, then serve.
