Ingredients

500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

3 spoons Oil, olive

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

2 spoons Juice, lemon

0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

1.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika
Steps

Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel. Cut them into cubes and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix everything well with your hands, pour in the wine, and mix again. Peel the garlic and onion, cut them into larger pieces, and add them to the bowl. Toss all the ingredients together and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Prepare the grill and grease the grill grate with oil. Thread the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and dip them in the marinade once more before placing them on the grill. Grill on all sides until golden brown and serve.
