Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, chicken, thighs

1 piece Orange, fresh

2 piece Lime, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

3 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Thoroughly wash the lime and orange. Cut one lime in half and squeeze the juice, slice the orange and the other lime into rounds. Pour the lime juice into a bowl, add salt, pepper, and oil. Mix the ingredients well.

Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs and dry them with paper towels. Place them in the marinade and mix well so that the marinade evenly coats the meat, then marinate the meat for about one hour.

Meanwhile, prepare and heat the grill well, and oil the grill grate. Take the thighs out of the marinade and place them on the prepared and heated grill, also adding the lime and orange slices.

Grill the thighs for about 10 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown crust, and the lime and orange slices for only 5 minutes. Then serve the prepared dish on plates and enjoy.
