800 g Meat, chicken, wings

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

200 g Tomato, concentrate

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

2 spoons Sugar, brown

2 spoons Spices, thyme, dried

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Vinegar, apple

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 teaspoon Salt, table

2 spoons Chili peppers, green chili, fresh

150 g Sour cream
Steps

Wash the chicken wings and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Trim the tips and cut them into the upper and front parts.

Peel the onion and garlic, cut them into larger pieces, and place them in a food processor. Finely blend them. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the concentrate, cane sugar, oil, grill spices, pepper, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix the marinade well.

Heat the grill well and oil the grill grate. Dip the chicken wing pieces into the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill the pieces for about 10 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown. Turn them once during grilling.

Serve the grilled chicken wing pieces on a plate, previously decorated with lettuce leaves and chili peppers. Offer sour cream or another sauce on the side.
