Ingredients
-
8 pieces Meat, chicken, thighs
-
1 teaspoon Spices, turmeric, ground
-
1 teaspoon Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
4 spoon Juice, lemon
-
1 dl Alcohol, Beer
Steps
-
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it. Place the herbs and spices in a large bowl, add oil and lemon juice. Mix with your fingers (or a whisk) to create a uniform mixture.
-
Wash the chicken thighs and dry them with a paper towel. Place them in the marinade and mix well so that the marinade evenly coats the meat. Let the thighs marinate for at least one hour.
-
Meanwhile, prepare and thoroughly heat the grill, and brush the grate with oil. Remove the thighs from the marinade and place them on the prepared and heated grill. Grill them for about 10 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust. While grilling, baste them with beer. Place the grilled thighs on a plate and serve. For decoration, you can use lemon wedges and sage leaves.
