Grilled Corn
Mmmm … summer … grilled dishes … and grilled corn, which, combined with butter, melts deliciously in our mouths. Here is a simple recipe that wont take too much of your time!

Ingredients

4 pieces Corn, yellow, fresh

2 pinch Salt, table

3 spoons Butter, unsalted

2 pod Garlic, fresh

- 2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

Peel two cloves of garlic. Gently remove the husks and excess silk from the corn. Fill a container with ice-cold water and soak the corn cobs in it for 30 minutes, as the water will prevent the sugar from turning into starch.

Meanwhile, light the charcoal and oil the grill well so the corn doesn't stick while cooking. In a small bowl, place 3 tablespoons of softened butter and grate two cloves of garlic into it. Season the mixture to taste and mix well.

When the grill is ready, shake off and dry the corn. Grill it on the hot coals for about 15 minutes, turning it constantly.

Rub the grilled corn cobs with the seasoned butter. Serve the corn on plates or offer it to guests directly in the corn husks.

Advice
Take the butter out of the fridge at least half an hour before use. You can also rub the corn with herb butter, which is made from your chosen herbs.
