600 g Meat, chicken, liver

200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, mayonnaise, dried

4 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

Clean the chicken livers thoroughly (remove the fat), rinse, and pat dry. Cut them into larger pieces, lightly salt, and season with marjoram and thyme.

Heat the grill well. Wrap each piece of liver with a slice of bacon. To prevent the rolls from falling apart during grilling, secure them with toothpicks.

Brush the grill grate and the prepared rolls with oil. Wait until the grate is well heated, then arrange the rolls on it. Grill them for about 12 minutes until the bacon becomes crispy. Turn the rolls several times during grilling.

Place the grilled rolls on a serving plate and serve with vegetables and bread.
