640 g Meat, lamb, ribs

2 spoons Grill sauce

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1 spoon Honey

1 spoon Ginger, fresh

Rinse the lamb chops and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, oil, honey, and ginger. Add the lamb chops and massage the marinade into the meat with your fingers. Cover the bowl and let the chops marinate for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill well. Drain the chops and place them on the hot grill. Cook them for only 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Serve the grilled chops on plates and offer them with various side dishes.
