Grilled Marinated Trout
Grilling trout is considered one of the less demanding culinary skills, say fishermen. If you dont believe them, it benefits you most that you cant over-salt it, as the fish absorbs only as much salt as it "needs." More salt also prevents the fish from falling apart.

Ingredients
-
4 pieces Fish, trout
-
2 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
3 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Rosemary, fresh
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
-
1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Wash the fish and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Prepare four pieces of foil and place the fish on them. There should be enough foil to form "containers" that fit the size of each fish. Remove the fish from the containers.
-
Pour a teaspoon of olive oil into each container. Rub the fish with salt on the outside and return them to the containers from which they were previously removed.
-
Chop parsley, garlic, and squeeze lemon. Cut another lemon into slices. Prepare and heat the grill.
-
Evenly sprinkle the fish with a mixture of chopped garlic, parsley, and rosemary. Pour lemon juice and white wine over the fish. Drizzle a little oil on top of each fish, then place a few lemon slices on each one. Carefully place the fish in the containers on the heated grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
-
Serve the grilled fish on plates directly in the containers. Serve with a side dish of your choice.

Advice
You can also completely wrap the fish in foil to make it even juicier. If you dont have fresh herbs, you can also use dried herbs.
