Ingredients
-
300 g Meat, lamb, fillet
-
300 g Meat, pork, pork fish
-
5 pieces Onion, young
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
5 drops Oil, olive
Steps
-
Wash the lamb and pat it dry with kitchen paper, then cut it into pieces. Grind it twice with a meat grinder (or use pre-ground meat) and add it to the pork. Peel one onion, chop it finely, and mix it into the meat. Peel the garlic and press it into the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead the mixture well with your hands and let it rest for at least half an hour.
-
Light the charcoal.
-
Oil your hands and shape the meat mixture into flat patties. Heat the grill grate strongly and oil it, then grill the pleskavica first at a lower, then at a higher temperature. Cook for about five minutes on each side until browned. Turn them only when they are firm enough, and brush them with oil a few times in between.
-
Peel and roughly chop the remaining onion. Serve the patties with the onion, and they also pair excellently with ajvar.

Advice
If the meat is too wet, add some breadcrumbs. You can also pour a little mineral water into the mixture to make it juicier.
