Ingredients
-
2 piece Fish, white fish
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
4 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Dry the fish and make a few cuts with a sharp knife. Slice the lemon and place one slice inside the belly of the fish. Chop the garlic and parsley, mix with olive oil, and stuff it into the fish's belly.
-
Brush the skin of the fish with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
-
Light the grill (or heat a grill pan). Grease the grates with oil and place the fish on them. Grill for about 5 to 10 minutes until the bottom side is golden brown, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes on the other side. The fish is done when the meat easily separates from the bone. Remove from the heat and place on a plate.
-
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. Serve with roasted baby potatoes.
