Grilled Seitan Sandwich
Toasted bread, vegetarian mayonnaise, slices of onion and tomato, fresh lettuce leaves, fried seitan … did anyone think meat was missing? Certainly not.

100 g Seitan

2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu

2 spoons Oil, sesame

4 slice Bread, whole grain

2 spoons Mayonnaise

1 piece Tomato, red

2 piece Salad, ice

4 slice Onion, raw
Steps

Slice the seitan into pieces, place them on a plate, and coat both sides with soy sauce. Let the slices soak well.

Clean, wash, and dry the lettuce. Wash the tomato and slice it. Peel the onion and slice it.

Heat oil in a wide pan and fry the seitan on both sides until it turns brown and crispy. Keep the seitan slices warm.

Cut four slices of bread. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a lightly oiled pan. Place two slices of bread on a plate, spread with mayonnaise, and top with seitan, tomato, onion, and lettuce. Cover with the other slice of bread and serve.
