2 kg Fish, shrimp

4 pods Garlic, fresh

2 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

450 g Butter, unsalted

2 teaspoons Spices, rosemary, dried

60 ml Worcestershire sauce

2 spoons Tabasco sauce

2 spoons Spices, pepper, black

60 ml Juice, lemon

Steps

Rinse the shrimp tails thoroughly under running water. Then dry them with paper towels. Peel the garlic, rinse it, and finely chop it. Wash the lemon and slice it into thin rounds.

Melt the butter in a larger bowl. Remove the bowl from heat and mix in the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, pepper, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, and salt. Stir well to create a uniform sauce.

Preheat the oven to 205 °C. Pour half of the prepared sauce into a fireproof dish. Arrange half of the shrimp tails on top, then place half of the lemon slices over them. Layer the remaining shrimp tails on top of the lemon slices and finish with the remaining lemon slices. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top.

Place the dish with the shrimp into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally during baking. Remove the baked shrimp from the oven. Pour the sauce from the dish into a serving bowl. Serve the shrimp in a larger bowl. Offer the sauce as a side for dipping the shrimp or bread while eating.
