Ingredients
-
18 pieces Fish, shrimp
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel the shrimp tails and clean them if necessary (remove the main vein), rinse under running water, and then dry them as much as possible with paper towels. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop. Rinse and clean the chili. Remove the stem and seeds, and finely chop the rest.
-
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil, chopped chili, chopped garlic, and salt. Add the dried shrimp tails and mix everything well.
-
Light the grill and let it heat up well. Thread three seasoned shrimp tails onto a wooden skewer. Thread them onto the skewers by piercing them twice: once at the end of the tail and once at the beginning of the tail.
-
Grill the skewers on each side for three minutes, until the shrimp tails turn a beautiful orange-red color.
-
Serve the skewers on a plate and immediately serve with various sauces or dips. Optionally, season the shrimp with additional lemon juice before serving.
