-
4 pieces Fish, swordfish
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Wash the mango, peel it, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Cut it into smaller pieces. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop it finely. Wash the radishes and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash the lime thoroughly and grate about one tablespoon of zest, then cut it in half and squeeze two tablespoons of juice from one half. Cut the remaining half of the lime into wedges. Rinse the meat and dry it with paper towels, then season it with pepper and salt to taste.
-
Prepare a special bowl, add the mango pieces, parsley, and radishes. Pour in the lime juice and lime zest, and mix all the ingredients well. Store the prepared mango salsa in a cool place.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove, heat it, then add the oil. Cook the swordfish pieces on each side for about 5 minutes, then place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
-
Serve the swordfish on plates. Add the mango salsa and garnish the dish with lime wedges. Offer the prepared dish to your guests.

Advice
It is best to use organic lime, the peel of which has not been treated with pesticides. If organic lime is not available, soak the lime in hot water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
