-
3 pieces Tomato, red

Rinse the tuna steaks under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Squeeze the lemon and save the juice. Prepare the grill and grease the grill grate with oil.
-
Coat the tuna steaks with olive oil on all sides. Grill them on the heated grate on both sides until they develop a nice brown pattern from the grill (about 2 minutes on each side). While grilling, season the steaks with salt, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle them with a mixture of Provencal herbs and remove from the grill.
-
Wash the tomatoes, spring onion, bell pepper, and parsley, then finely chop everything. Season with salt and olive oil, and mix well. Place a mound of fresh vegetables on the plates first, then lay the grilled steaks on top. Serve the dish with a slice of lemon.

Advice
Tuna steak can be marinated for some time in lemon or orange juice. Ginger also pairs excellently with tuna. Its best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
