Ingredients

1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
4 handfuls Green beans, fresh
-
10 pieces Tomato, red

gremolata
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Rinse the tuna fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Rub both sides with salt and coat with olive oil. Clean the green beans (trim the ends and remove any strings), rinse them, and drain. Prepare the grill.
-
Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Add the green beans to the water and place the pot on the stove. Cook them over moderate heat without a lid for 20 minutes. Towards the end of the cooking time, grill the tuna fillets on the preheated grill. Cook each side for about 3 minutes - until they turn golden brown. Store the grilled fillets in a closed container to retain heat. Drain the cooked green beans.
-
Rinse the tomatoes, cut them in half, and place them in a bowl. Add the capers and green beans to the bowl. Mix everything well, season with salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange the prepared vegetables on plates, place the tuna fillets on top, and garnish with a spoonful of gremolata. Serve the prepared dish at the table.

Advice
Serve the tuna with lemon slices. Its best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
