Ingredients

700 g Meat, turkey, breasts

1 teaspoon Salt, table

0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

0.5 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

20 dag Cheese, mozzarella

2 piece Tomato, red

2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Rinse the turkey breasts under running water and thoroughly dry them with a kitchen towel. Then cut the breasts into approximately equal-sized cutlets. Season the cutlets with salt, pepper, and ground paprika. Squeeze a lemon into a bowl. Drizzle the cutlets with lemon juice and arrange them on a plate.

Preheat the grill well and oil the grate. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Also slice the mozzarella into rounds. Place the cutlets on the hot grill and cook them until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Then flip the cutlets and top them with tomato and mozzarella slices. Grill for another 3 to 5 minutes until the bottom side is cooked and the cheese is nicely melted.

Serve the prepared cutlets on plates and offer them with your chosen side dish.

Advice
