Steps

Thoroughly wash the zucchini, eggplants, and bell peppers. Cut the zucchini and eggplants into larger pieces, cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, and then cut them into larger pieces as well. Preheat the grill well.

Grease the grill grate well, place it on the grill, and let it heat up. Arrange the prepared vegetables on the grate and grill them for about 10 to 13 minutes. Turn them during grilling so they cook well on all sides.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Place the grilled vegetables in a separate bowl, then pour the prepared dressing over them and season to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix the vegetables thoroughly and serve as a side dish.

Advice
