Thoroughly wash the tomato, remove the green part, and chop it into small pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Chop it into smaller pieces.

Mash all the ingredients well with a fork or mix them with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice, sour cream, and a pinch of chili, then mix everything well. Serve in a small bowl and offer it as a side dish.
