Guacamole with Cilantro

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Roughly chop the cilantro leaves. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.

Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon and place it in a bowl. Mash it well with a fork (or potato masher). Add lemon juice, olive oil, sour cream, chopped onion, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and ground chili to taste. Mix the ingredients well. Serve in a small bowl as a side dish.

Advice
It is important to use ripe fruits with soft flesh that yields slightly when pressed. Overripe fruits have very soft, dark, and bitter flesh, while underripe fruits are very hard. Instead of onion, you can use garlic, and cilantro can be replaced with parsley.
