Hake with Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables

You can use fresh or frozen hake fillets, which should be thawed before preparation and cut into pieces of any size.

500 g Fish, white fish

800 g Potatoes, white

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

pieces Pumpkin, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a large baking dish with parchment paper.

Peel the potatoes if desired and slice them into thin rounds. Slice the onion into slightly thicker pieces, the bell pepper into strips, and the zucchini into cubes.

Place all the vegetables on the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and mix. Place the dish in the oven for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, season the hake fillets with salt and oil. Slice the garlic thinly and the lemon into rounds.

Arrange the fillets over the vegetables, then place cubes of butter, garlic slices, and lemon rounds on top.
