Ingredients
-
50 g chocolate, dark
-
1 piece Banana, fresh
-
4 spoon Juice, lemon
-
250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 teaspoons Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
70 g Sugar, white
-
4 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
90 g Whey, sour, liquid
-
200 g Powdered sugar
-
2 teaspoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the muffin tin. Grate the chocolate. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork, then mix it with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
-
In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix the eggs with sugar, oil, and pine nuts. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir with a whisk.
-
Fill the muffin tin with the batter. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let the baked muffins cool.
-
Mix powdered sugar with the remaining lemon juice to make a thick glaze. Take a little glaze and darken it with cocoa. Spread the light glaze over the muffins. Fill a freezer bag with the dark glaze and cut off the bottom corner. Draw circles on the muffins with the glaze and then use a straw or toothpick to spread it into a spiderweb shape. Wait for the glaze to dry and serve.

Advice
For colorful muffins: Take one-third of the basic glaze and color it with a drop of yellow and red food coloring. Spread white glaze on eight muffins and orange glaze on the rest. You will need two food colorings.
