Melt the butter in a small pot. Add the semolina and fry it while stirring for about 8 minutes until it turns golden brown.

Dissolve the sugar in the hot milk. Pour the sweetened milk into the pot with the semolina. Add the soaked saffron, mix thoroughly, and once the semolina thickens, pour the mixture into small dessert glasses. Let the mixture cool completely, then serve the prepared dessert.
