Ingredients
-
50 g Ham, pressed, non-fat
-
50 g Cheese, Cheddar
-
0.5 bouquet Thyme, raw
-
50 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
150 g Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk
-
2 teaspoons Baking powder
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
Steps
-
Grate the cheese finely, cut the ham into small pieces, and thoroughly wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease 6 muffin molds.
-
Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, and mix well. Place the butter in a larger bowl and whisk it until creamy. First, mix in the eggs, then the yogurt. Mix all ingredients until a smooth cream forms. Gradually mix in the flour with the baking powder, ensuring there are no lumps.

Quickly mix in the ham, cheese, and parsley into the prepared batter using a whisk. Spoon the batter into the muffin molds and bake for about 25 minutes until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
-
Once the muffins are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then, arrange them on a platter and serve to your guests.
