Ingredients
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
50 ml Milk, whole milk
-
30 g Ham, pressed
-
1 piece Onion, young
-
1.5 teaspoons Margarine
-
30 g Cheese, Cheddar
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, white
Steps
-
Wash the onion and chop it finely. Cut the ham into pieces (or thin strips), and grate the cheese into a bowl. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk. Add the ham, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it over medium heat. Add butter to the heated pan and wait for it to melt. Tilt the pan to evenly coat it with butter.
-
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. When the edges of the omelette set, lift them with a spatula to let the egg mixture flow underneath.
-
When the omelette is set but the top is still slightly runny, sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese over it. Fold the omelette onto a plate, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and serve.
