Ingredients
-
225 g Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
112 g Cheese, Cheddar
-
80 g Beans, fresh
-
275 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
1.5 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
375 ml Milk, partially skimmed
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 teaspoons Spices, paprika
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
225 g Breadcrumbs, dried
Steps

Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the cheese. Place a pot with a larger amount of salted water on the stove. Once it boils, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly.
-
Prepare a larger ovenproof dish and grease it well. Add half of the pasta, then sprinkle with half of the ham, cheese, and peas. Repeat the process and layer the dish with the remaining ingredients.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and paprika powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the ingredients well with a hand whisk, then pour the mixture over the pasta.
-
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, then place the uncovered dish in the oven for 45 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms. Once the dish is ready, serve it on plates and offer it to your guests.
