Ingredients

12 slice Ham, pressed

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

12 twig Thyme, raw

4 twig Parsley, fresh

1 cup Cheese, cottage cheese

Arrange the ham slices on a clean work surface. Crumble the young cheese into a bowl, then wash and thoroughly shake the parsley and chop it finely. Mash the young cheese well with a fork and mix in the chopped parsley. Take a spoon and place a spoonful of the cheese filling on each ham slice.

Place the chive stems in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them soften for 1 to 2 minutes, then drain and dry them with a paper towel. Lift the edges of the ham and shape them into pouches. Tie each pouch together with a chive stem. Arrange the pouches on a serving plate, sprinkle with a pepper mix, and serve.
