Cut the buns into smaller cubes and soak them in milk. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Pick the parsley and chop it finely. Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips. Wash the tomato and slice it. Clean and wash the lettuce.

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown, then remove from heat and add the chopped garlic and parsley. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground meat, soaked bread, sautéed onion, garlic, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. With wet hands, shape the mixture into six patties and place them on a plate.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Place the cooked patties on paper towels to drain excess fat. Cut the buns in half and fill them with the patties, cheese slices, and vegetables. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard to taste and serve.
