Ingredients
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
90 g Corn, yellow, fresh
-
25 g Butter, unsalted
-
3 spoons Syrup, maple
Steps
-
Place a deep pan on the stove and heat the oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add the corn kernels and cover the pan. Wait a few minutes, and when you hear the kernels start to pop, shake the pan several times to ensure all the corn pops.
-
Once the popcorn is ready, transfer it to a large bowl. Then place a new pan on the stove, melt the butter, and add the maple syrup. Wait for the mixture to boil, then cook for a few more minutes until the liquid thickens. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
-
Pour the cooled mixture over the popcorn and toss well to ensure all the popcorn is coated with the glaze. Serve in a large bowl and enjoy.
