Wash the pineapple on the outside and cut it in half with a large knife. Wash the lemon, cut it, and squeeze the juice. Mix the sugar into the juice and generously brush the prepared liquid onto the cut side of the pineapple.

Heat the grill well and grease the grate with oil to prevent the pineapple from sticking while grilling. Place the pineapple on the grill with the cut side down and grill for about 5 minutes. Then carefully remove the pineapple from the grill and serve.
