-
1 spoon Butter, unsalted
-
1 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour
Steps
-
Prepare a narrower rectangular baking pan. Grease it well with butter and lightly dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder. Place a pan on the stove, add the hazelnuts, and dry roast them until they become fragrant.
-
Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites into two bowls. In a larger bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the diced butter, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the yolks (one at a time) while mixing and pour in the milk.
-
Gradually mix in the flour with the baking powder. Use the electric mixer to beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Gently and slowly fold the egg whites and hazelnuts into the butter mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
-
Once the cake is baked, let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions on the packaging and pour it over the prepared cake. Wait for the cake to cool completely and the glaze to set.
-
Cut the cake into approximately 16 pieces. Serve individual pieces on smaller plates and enjoy.
