Healthy Apple, Walnut, and Chocolate Bread
An excellent dessert full of ingredients that are good for your health. One of them is banana flour, which is gluten-free and contains resistant starch. 70 g Walnuts

70 g chocolate, dark

500 g Apples, rose

500 g Bananas, plantain

2 teaspoons Honey

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 pinch Salt, table

50 g Unsalted almond butter

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a loaf pan.

Toast the walnuts in a dry pan, let them cool slightly, then roughly chop them. Chop the chocolate roughly as well.

Peel the apples, slice them, and blend with a hand mixer. Mix the apple puree with the other ingredients, namely banana flour, stevia, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, almond butter, and vanilla extract.

Mix 50g each of walnuts and chocolate into the batter and pour it into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts and chocolate on top and gently press them into the batter using a spatula or spoon. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Wait for 15 minutes before slicing the dessert to let it cool slightly.
