Advice
Peanut butter can be bought or made at home. To prepare homemade butter, you need 500 g of peeled, unsalted peanuts, which are roasted in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes (or until they turn brown). The cooled peanuts are then ground with a tablespoon of coconut oil and a pinch of salt into a smooth mixture. The peanut butter should be stored in the refrigerator.
