500 g Pasta, Macaroni, whole grain

4 cup Salad, soft

1 handful Arugula

3 spoons Corn, yellow, in brine

Steps

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water. Once cooked, drain it, rinse under cold running water, and let it cool completely.

Wash and dry the lettuce, and chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion. Crumble the feta cheese and slice the avocado.

In a small jar, pour the oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, place the lettuce, pasta, and arugula. Add the chopped vegetables: tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and corn. Mix everything well.
