Healthy Pumpkin Pancakes Without Flour and Milk
For a slightly different autumn breakfast, prepare pancakes with healthier ingredients and sweeten them with banana instead of sugar. The pancakes contain no flour, milk, or dairy products.

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it with coconut oil. Scoop the batter into the pan, using about two tablespoons for each pancake. Cook them for about three minutes on each side or until golden brown.
