Ingredients
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 slices Bread, wheat
-
1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
1 spoon Parsley, fresh
-
30 g Salad, ice
-
4 spoon Cheese, cottage cheese
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Cut two slices of bread. Wash and shake the lettuce leaves, tear them into smaller pieces if desired, then place them on the bottom slice of bread. Wash the cucumber and dry it with a paper towel. Slice it into rounds and place them on the lettuce. Place five cucumber rounds in a bowl. Spread two tablespoons of cottage cheese over the cucumber slices.
-
Hard-boil the egg, cool it, and remove the shell. Cut it into quarters and add three quarters to the bowl with the cucumber rounds. Add the remaining cottage cheese to the bowl and chop everything together with a hand mixer or multipurpose tool. Optionally, add some chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and mix again. Spread the mixture over the cottage cheese with a spoon and use the remaining quarter of the egg for decoration. The other slice of bread can be used as the "lid" of the sandwich.

Advice
The sandwich can be made by not spreading cottage cheese on both slices of bread, but only on the slice that we mix with the egg and cucumbers. If using an older cucumber with a tougher skin, peel it first.
