Hemp Cake with Beer Cream
If youre preparing a party and dont want to spend too much time on cooking, this "party" cake is the perfect solution. To bake the sponge, you only need a microwave, plastic cups, and 10 seconds of time. But dont worry, this cake will impress your guests—its made with healthy hemp flour.

Ingredients
Beer cream

3 dl Alcohol, Beer

6 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh

340 g chocolate, dark

570 ml Sweet cream
Hemp quick biscuit

30 g Flour, Whole wheat

1 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

Steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add hemp flour, regular flour, melted butter, and sugar, and mix everything well. Pour the batter into a cream whipper and spray it into plastic cups (fill the cups to 1/4 with the batter). Place the cups in the microwave for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, the sponge cakes are baked, so remove them from the cups and place them on a plate to cool.

While the sponge cakes are cooling, prepare the beer cream. Pour the beer into a cup and add egg yolks. Heat the cream while stirring until it reaches 70°C.

Place chopped dark chocolate into a bowl. Pour the heated cream over it. Wait a few seconds for the chocolate to melt slightly, then mix everything well to create a smooth chocolate cream. Let the chocolate cream cool to room temperature.

Lightly whip the cream and fold it into the cooled chocolate cream. Place the prepared cream in the refrigerator for one hour to set.

Sprinkle some peeled hemp seeds on a plate and place the hemp sponge cakes on top, gently tearing them with your fingers. Add a bit of beer cream next to the sponge cakes. Decorate with chocolate decorations (see advice).

Advice
The chocolate decoration is made from 200g of dark chocolate, which is slowly melted in the microwave so that the temperature does not exceed 31°C. The melted chocolate is poured onto decorative foil and spread evenly. Wait for the chocolate to partially harden, then cut it into desired shapes. Once the chocolate is completely hardened, use the cut pieces to decorate the prepared dessert.
