For the preparation of the cupcakes, we need two bowls. In the first bowl, place the regular flour, hemp flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well. In the second bowl, mix the egg, orange juice, oil, yogurt, sugar, orange liqueur, salt, and grated orange zest. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix everything together into a smooth batter without lumps.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Place waxed paper liners into the muffin tin. Fill the liners up to 2/3 with the prepared batter. Place the tin in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the chocolate cream to decorate the baked cupcakes. Mix the herbal butter and powdered sugar into a smooth buttercream. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, but be careful not to heat it above 45 degrees Celsius. Mix the cooled melted chocolate into the buttercream. Finally, add a little orange liqueur for flavor.

Decorate the cooled cupcakes with the prepared cream. Optionally, garnish the cupcakes with colorful sprinkles, chocolate candies, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
